Price sheets supersede all previous price schedules. Prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantity is one case. Payment terms, unless otherwise noted, are net 30 days. A carrying charge of 1.5% will be assessed for overdue invoices. Freight terms are pre-paid and add unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to ship the best way possible. All claims for damage must be made within 5 days. Material may be returned with written approval only. Merchandise credits only are provided less a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise over one month is not eligible for return. Federal Process Corporation products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. No warranty for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. No warranty claims will be allowed unless the product in question is received freight prepaid at Federal Process. All warranty claims are limited to replacement at no charge to the customer. Federal Process Corporation is not liable for any damage of any sort, including incidental and consequential damages. Machines are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase. The warranty on the machines for replacement or repair covers basic operation and all permanent parts.
